I cannot find jpegoptim win32 build

a couple of weeks ago i lost my raid 0 array on my working PC (all important data is safe on a raid 5 on my server).
However I'm not a able to find jpegpoptim in a win32 version anywhere anymore.
I tried goggling for severals days but always ended up with dead links.

so can anybody help me to get the program again ?
