Sounds great! Were you able to mimic these sounds so well or are they some kind of built-in?

The main "strings" taken from Moby's CD directly and uploaded to the MPC straigth. Drum sounds are from hip-hop CD kit. Note that AKAI MPC500 is a sampler - you can upload/record ANY sound and play it as you want. Anyway, this video is just testing of the webcam/sound recording. Soon, I'm planning to record something new.

I have no problems imaging it in some thrilling scene

I tested this machine at my theater - pretty cool! Instead of hitting play on MDs I can hit just drum pad on my MPC500. Along with some crazy features of this sampler I can do some insane tricks in real time! I dont know, is anywhere used MPC at theaters or this is my original idea. Recently I resampled Japanese Noh Theater CD (Japanese percussion + Japanese flute) and make some crazy performance at one play rehearsal. Actors, including actors from Japanese Noh Theatre, director, all amazed by the power of this device + me. Very fun, and one of the next performances will be with this sampler and me. Indeed, crazy things can be played in real time!
