Jan Ondrus has released an improved JPEG model in paq8fthis4.
    http://cs.fit.edu/~mmahoney/compression/

    Some benchmarks. http://www.maximumcompression.com/guestbook/gb.php

I will try merging the new JPEG model with paq8o5.

    Thanks KZo!

IMO It would be better to release it as paq8o6.
