fpaq0pv4B for Pentium Pro or later processors

Here are a couple of builds of Shelwien's fpaq0pv4B that will work with Pentium Pro or later processors. Use whichever of the two executables works fastest on your machine.

N/B: Don't expect any of these builds to be as quick as Shelwien's original P4+ build.

    ENJOY!

I retested it on a new dataset, and your builds seemed to be quite ok actually.
Then I made another attempt at comparing the performance of Matt's
carryless coder and my own rangecoder, and local variables vs local objects, and stdio vs win32 i/o.
Here're all the sources and binaries, including versions with removed preprocessing as people seem to be
    scared by #define's .

    And here's the comparison.
It seems that win32 i/o and Core2 extensions don't help, rc_mm seems to have better performance this time,
and preprocessing effects don't seem that obvious here.
Well, I'd blame Q9450 for most of this

Btw, here's my new test corpus

    Thumbs up

Thanks Shelwien! Speed was better than I had expected.
