Hmm... when ran with commandline "paq8hp11 enwik8" it decompresses dictionary and then says "enwik8: not a paq8h file"
EDIT: Got it.

paq8hp11 doesn't display a help message.
To compress: paq8hp11 -7 archive file
To decompress: paq8hp11 archive
-7 is the only option supported. It uses 947 MB memory. I have not tested any other files. It is tuned for enwik8.
I will test paq8hp11any on enwik8, probably not enwik9 because it would take 3 days to compress and verify.

Will you be adding Ilia's fpaq0p to your collection?

OK, I updated fpaq0p (didn't know about it) and paqhp11any. paq8hp11any is faster than paq8hp11, probably because it was optimized for speed rather than .exe size.
fpaq0p is interesting because it is adaptive instead of using 0,1 counts which gives you better compression when the statistics are not uniform. It also avoids a division so it is faster too.
