Hutter Prize Question about Wolfram Mathematica

This is the question I ask Marcus Hutter, and now I'm waiting to get some answer.

Can I use Wolfram Mathematica Notebook for compression and decompression enwik9?
The code and algorithm will be fully open, so there will be no doubt what and how it is compressed.
After all, if I open my algorithm does it matter if it's an .exe file or Mathematica .nb?!

Mathematica probably has a dictionary of words, so it may not be fair.

The algorithm is pure mathematical and not use dictionary of words. And as I said it will be open. Unfortunately for Marcus, it doesn't even use Artificial Intelligence

P.s. And please rule out the presumption that I will cheat in any way. Some of you here even suggest the use of GPT-3, which is an automatic plagiarism system trained on Wikipedia itself, to be used for Hutter Prize compression (complete absurdity), but you become very sensitive when someone tells you he will use Wolfram Language (I can use GNU Multiple Precision Arithmetic Library and C++ with the same result). If you're looking for crooks, I'm not the best example, believe me.

Did you finish developing it, or is it still in progress?

Yes, I'm also wondering how you are doing? My algorithm also requires working with long numbers. I didn't know that Wolfram Mathematica can work with long arithmetic.
