it appears encode.ru is back but it looks like an older version not up to date version of the forum.
is this a scam trying to lure out credentials ?
Considering the ealier time encode.ru had some weird login screen im a little hesitant to enter username and password there
also for some reasons the links does not appers to work but that be my umatrix filter

No, you could notice that it pulls forum content from archive.org.
It expired this summer and unfortunately I didn't manage to buy it back.
