    Christian Orthodoxy

It seems like many in the US don't know about that religion despite it was the first christian religion with the first churches and they put together the new testament bible but don't rely on it since Christ did not come to make the bible but apostolic succession to make the Church.

The Catholic Churches pope goes directly against what Christ said that everyone is equal and no one above the other yet the pope is presented as above the rest. About every crusade was against the Orthodox church which stole a lot of thing which the previous pope said he was sorry for that but wont give anything bad which is a hollow apology. Which the Ottomans Turks saw their opportunity of a weakened county and invaded which helped the catholic church be the main power to preach.

The protestant sects that spin off the Catholic church interoperates the bible as they see fit and as the world of God despite the Orthodox church has more resources than the bible and they also go against what Christ says since they have no apostolic succession and everyone has their own interest that present it and miss the point.

No one is saved automatically to just believe and salvation come from doing the right thing.

A sin means to miss the mark to fail and to love sin is to love failure, which is not right. To be better and not stagnate and rot. In short its something to make yourself better.

A Christian majority nations are places that most in the world want to go to. When that does not exist every nation will be one big prison.

Christianity can be interpreted in many ways but the many ways does not mean the right way. Its like if you told a kid to follow the golden rule of do to others as you want others to do to you, and they get feel they got ripped of in the store and then steal from the store and blame you for the idea then people will think you are to blame. LOL Kind of like the crusades as explained how they kill for Jesus when Jesus was against slaughtering others. Christianity is not exactly a religion but refereed to being one. It is a anti region to go against other ideologies which bring up illogical mysticism and beliefs. Christianity has in its foundation the LOGOS which means logic. Many things in Christianity was stated by the Ancient Greek philosophers which they help influence all the major nation foundation. The issue is that many did not get enough info and are going with partial info. A religion is basically a ideology, a view, a thought in how things are or should be. God is just a part of the puzzle despite he zenith. To be anti religion is to be anti view and that view is contradictory. To remove a higher power puts one to believe they are the higher power which conflicts happen. Look at the animal kingdom how animals act which it is a dog eat dog world in how it will become. Every nation that tried it half fallen or is on the decent.

Bad things happen in society not because God is to blame but because you wanted it to happen due to your free will indirectly. People are all in the same boat and when one person goes bad despite they may have good intentions the others pay for it. It's like if you do 1 bad things in the world which affects everyone to .01% and everyone else of the 7 billion in the world does the same then if you add up all the bad done to you then it becomes over far beyond 100% bad done to you. And if you want vengeance or justice of whatever are your lack of thought out actions will do more harm which others will also do too and problems compound daily and never ends. The road to hell is paved with good intentions as a saying goes. Most just go with the flow burden with too much things to do daily if we like it or not will do bad to ourselves and the future. In the 1932 book "Brave new world" by Aldous Huxley he says how the future will be about too much information and people will not have time or energy to filter out what is real or what is not and just give up. Everyone is getting comfortable being in warm water not realizing that the heat is being increased slowly to the point you are being boiled just like lobsters.

It is easy to distort a message and for example how some people say that Christians had slaves and you see Christians are bad, but history is distorted in a warped away many times which every nation and people had slaves, the ones that treated them the best were the "Christians" and you should see what other nations did since they just out right torched and killed their slaves to not speak up at all. In the US only 1% of the population had slaves yet the average Christian on the street wants to say sorry despite their ancestor did not have and they feel they should say sorry to anyone that feels offended. You can charge most people with any crime and they will say sorry despite they didn't do it which most go on auto pilot to say sorry. The people that had slaves were the upper 1% and they were not mostly Christian at all or if they were did not practice it.

Its a typical reply of no reply to most most when over 50 read it and no reply or 1/50 reply. It shows lack of interest maybe but most likely lack of understanding to put their thoughts in which is normal for various reasons. But 1 reason is the lack of information. It is not easy to obtain and store a mass amount of information. File compression can help a computer but for the mind well we are not robots. Even Doctors are not that smarter than you if you read the criteria they have to deal with. They are just have to do well in tests to have a good memory to put it on paper. They are not that creative and they give their reports to researches which are smarter to filter out the info to present it and others tell dr what to do with that info. The illusion intellect is overrated to some degree or at least distorted. Sure most people are sub par but the majority will always be like that. The average IQ is 100 and to think half the population is less than average. A silly saying of how a tall person the assistant of a short person, well in society a smart person is the assistant of a below average person. Your property taxes are high since some idiot thought to make everyone get financially weakened to pay teachers more to help kids that don't know better, or pay cops to deal with the low IQ delinquent, or firefighter to deal with people that don't know how to play with fire or how society decided to make building material that gets burned easily. Is it all by design or stupidity? Most likely by design since they are too stupid to understand that what goes around comes around. Even the bible and the Us constitution is against income taxes. The fist law the US founding fathers did was to make a tariff tax on luxury imports which is kind of a rich person tax. Since their is only a limit of how much money a person needs to live and over that doesn't help which lessens the burden on the masses to use their brain to help others yet now its strain the masses for that the few on top can make even more that they don't need to use it on more causes to hurt the masses indirectly. Its not bad to help the less fortunate but as the saying goes you give a man a fish you feed them for a day, you teach them how to fish you feed them for a lifetime. But if you are selling fish then they better not know how to fish since you have a fiduciary duty to your shareholders and you can get in trouble. You can not grow if you maintain thing as they are.

A research study stated that the brain can store 2.5 million GB (2500 TB) Which may sound impressive but it gets filled up pretty fast it feels or maybe it does not and just feels that way. The saying of a jack of all trades master of nothing applies since its hard to retain the info since the information goes away fast since new info keep coming in or as the other saying goes use it or lose it since if it is not stimulated every so often it goes away. The brain seems to store a lot of memories almost in a jpeg or low quality mpeg since nothing is super clear and every day we store a lot of images, sound, information, etc.Sometimes we can remember obsolete skills like how to load up a commodore 64 but forget someone name. Sometimes we have to store it more ways than 1 way to remember it and associate it with other thoughts, sounds, smells, feelings, etc. The brain is constantly recording and erasing. Even HD has a limit of rewriting. We also have to overcome toxins and heavy metals in environment which damage performance. Even fireworks when a gun range give off a lot of heavy metal toxins which people like but at a cost or brain cells. Just link how some like to get drunk which also costs brain cells. And normal every say bs like stress, lack of sleep, lack of nutrients, etc.

I assume some here also have a high IQ but its like having the fastest car and if all you use it for is to drive slow (retard=to slow down) to show it off then you might be as fast as you go. People go shopping for food to eat it, if someone goes shopping for information and doesn't use it then its like going shopping for food to say they have the food but don't eat it. It use to be trips were to explore to bring back information to make your place better for everyone now its to show off how you went their to get an experience that you wont use mostly. Kind of like a Rolex watch which is more about showing off than to tell time. The the purpose to show off to make themselves feel good how above they are from others since they don't have anything of real substance to show. Yes they have money and what have they done with the money besides being a part of a gear in machine?

In Ancient Greece the rich only paid taxes IF they wanted to and they wanted to. They understand that tax is theft since if you take it by force then its theft, but force means also rape which citizens has to be educated with a basics of certain morals. Now society is all about get as much of the money as u can and good luck figuring out what to do with it which most fail and indirectly hurt themselves in the long run. Its like giving a child a loaded gun. They gave to help make their neighborhood, society, nation better and it helped with their name for more people to buy what they are selling or wanted to be praised. Innovation happened and very nation has 1000's of years to be as innovative and has many more resources than Ancient Greece. Yet Greece gave every nation the ability to flourish and every nation once they got up use it to put others down. When Greece finally rose up again in the Byzantine empire which was mostly a Christian orthodox nation it was the longest and most stable empire in history. not even the US can beat it but it tries to hype up itself as it and some innovations have indirectly or directly hurt other innovation.

Nikola Tesla was Christian Orthodox as well and tried to help people more than make money. He even admitted he is not as smart as his brother but the difference is he put an non stop effort to not make the information he got be forgotten since if you don't use the info you will lose it and was dedicated to it and didn't distract himself to have a family and did not find women acting as proper mothers to raise use proper kids which turns out to be a future of people not as bright. A little know fact about Tesla is that Serbia was part of Greece (which Greece lost over 90% of its land mostly to non Christians which have gotten worse) and many Greeks had to change their names in Serbia to not be persecuted and the name Tesla is derived from the region in Greece Thessalia, Tessaly or the other various name the region had depending how one says it. Even in the US Greek were persecuted which is why many don't seem to know that M.L.K. was next to the Greek Christian Orthodox Archbishop and on time magazine, which many Greeks changed their name. Even Us founding fathers were thinking of having Ancient Greek as the 2nd language to help people learn the classics and philosophy to better educate people, but that seemed like it was too much for people to handle. But the founders did rely on the bible to write the constitution. Tesla's father was a priest and was going to also be one but it seems like he felt he could help people by making life easier for people to be able to have time to find the faith. Well that didn't so maybe Tesla was a failure and the only successful Tesla is the car company which its stock is overvalued that does not sell more cars yet its stock is worth more than the other car companies combined. Your taxes to to help finance that company like most big companies and then they say you are stupid to not take advantage of other peoples money. Another stupid action is ticktock how seems to be giving money to a communist gov of billion for a app that can be made and others have similar ones. Just ban the thing and people will flock to the alternatives, but your tax dollars at work. Just like your food is taxed subsidized despite their is no food tax when you check out in some countries.

In the George Orwell's animal farm the story is how the farm animals kick out the oppressive humans to make a wind mill so that the wind helps make grain make life easier but some pigs want to be on top and have the animals make more farms to get more luxuries and the animals just keep working harder than when the humans were around.

Another little known fact is that Tesla said Trump is a Moron. When Tesla died he had 45 trunks full of papers. The head of US Aliens Affairs was uncle Trump which said the papers had no scientific info at all. Hard to believe when Tesla was all about research and Trump afterwards got an award and involved in microwave technology which just happens to be similar to Tesla research. Kind of like how 5G is pushed.

Money is a side effect and should be a side effect of doing something good and not something bad. Just like to say your goal is to be happy is silly since happiness is a side effect of doing something good. There laws against hording to treat everyone equally but when it comes to hording things rich people hoard then its allowed sine the other golden rule if followed of he who makes the gold makes the rules. You see people say you can do it be a millionaire by being the first to eat everything up and leave non for the other which causes prices for assets to do up and taxes. How the birthrate in Europe and US is going down, the real numbers are not shown in who is unemployed since over 40% of the population in the US alone make under 20,000. Unemployment even before the virus was around 22% and not under 5% which are the real numbers since many things are not counted to get the final number, and the ones that do work all day and too tired to think. Since thinking would come up with innovation which would hurt corporations. Stock companies have a fiduciary duty to make money and increase. Many companies get bailed out by government with your tax dollars no matter where you are. People are taxed on top of taxes ans an item that costs $100 would actually costs $10 from mining, shipping, land, machines, workers, whorehouse, fuel, utilities, etc which the end buyer pays for it. Instead of things getting cheaper things get more expensive and inflation confuses the numbers. A $100 a day wage that went further in the 1980 would be equal to over $300 now not including the more taxes people pay.

The first Vice President and 2nd President of the US John Adams said
"Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."
"Without religion this world would be something not fit to be mentioned in polite company, I mean Hell."
"We Recognize No Sovereign but God, and no King but Jesus! "
"I have examined all religions, and the result is that the Bible is the best book in the world."
"The Declaration of Independence laid the cornerstone of human government upon the first precepts of Christianity. "
"The general principles on which the fathers achieved independence were the general principles of Christianity"
"I consider a decent respect for Christianity among the best recommendations for public service."
"The general principles on which the fathers achieved independence were the general principles of Christianity. I will avow that I then believed, and now believe, that those general principles of Christianity are as eternal and immutable as the existence and attributes of God."
"The idea of infidelity [a disbelief in the inspiration of the Scriptures or the divine origin of Christianity] cannot be treated with too much resentment or too much horror. The man who can think of it with patience is a traitor in his heart and ought to be execrated [denounced] as one who adds the deepest hypocrisy to the blackest treason."

That was one of many founding fathers quotes. The meant well and tried their best and understood the persecution from the Catholic Church in Europe but did not have the ability to research more when main Orthodox church was captive to the Ottoman Turks for over 400 years.

Christianity seems to like the engine that can give the energy to make a plane go up high in the air and many forget how long they are in the air and think its not the engine its the wings and demand the engine be shut off since the engine is too noisy. and sure the plane glides for a long time from the high altitude an many are amazed at how things look better getting closer to the ground from being so high up but that just shows that the place is going down despite some are having fun to go weeee as if on a roller coaster ride. Eventually the place will crash on others on the ground but before that happens some on the plane will say as long as people are having fun, that is what counts, since we all die eventually. So whats the point? pointlessness! Which means oxymoron. Putting an effort for no reason.

Xerxes whipped the sea after his floating bridges collapsed when trying to invade Greece. Bad sea! Was their a point? No it just made him feel better despite that also looks stupid to us. Things look completely different when looking from the outside. Christianity is a problem to many that benefiting from the ride going down.

You have already answered the four questions in your prose.

Most is related with freedom, it's people's right but maintaining cost money, that's why gov need tax.
It's important that people learn from their mistakes, for that they need an environment that allow to make mistakes.

True. They are not questions to ask which is why I answer then in how I see them but question for people to think about since the other way a person can also learn is by them discovering it themselves. Their were a lot of things I did not state but I am hesitant / contemplating to say since if feels like cheating to give people the answer like most of my posts.
Also a lot of point you made were stated which maybe you missed or didn't read but to present it in another way but to be fair it was long and has to give just enough to not be a book.

Their is no thrill when given the answer. The point is to have personal conviction to look for truth, and not feel that one knows enough that is it. Even Socrates admitted for his wisdom said the only thing he knows for sure is that he knows nothing. He knew more than most but that something that he knew is nothing in comparison to what we know now is many ways and what the future will know that we don't which will make it seem like we know nothing.

You are right freedom is what we have and freedom to make wrong choices. We also have the freedom to understand that too much freedom we put ourselves as slaves to vices. Even a child giving the freedom to smoke will be a slave to it since it does not know better. People may all be adults in age but in the mind many people are lacking.

Government needs taxes yes but as explained not to the point to rape a its people. True freedom comes with responsibility and if people are not responsible then their freedom gets taken away and are forced to do thing or things forced away from them. About similar to what Benjamin Franklin said that people that sacrifice security for freedom lose both and deserve it. If people are not educated or moral enough to be willing to give when they should then it will be taken by force since they are acting like immature kids to take their toys away. I thought I made it clear with the ancient Greek example how only the rich paid when they wanted to which helped bring a lot of innovation despite the nation was mostly on rocky land and not as fertile as other nations. It showed respect to other fellow humans.

People mentality has to change since things will get worse in the downward spiral it has been heading for decades now. Sure some thing are good like technology but technology is not the measuring stick of societies moral compass since when a society breaks down more taxes are needed for more police, more bailouts, subsidies, and a long list of things of the never ending taxes. Which even the founders were against high taxes as stated and the Boston tea party incident over higher taxes which was significantly less than what most pay now. Instead of going forward things are going backwards. Not even in the 1950's would the US give a penny to Communist countries and now daily deals to make them the world power house and jealous of the power they have over people would have been unheard of. Even the US congress in the 60's presented what they should avoid from communist propaganda which most on the list are being praised now in the US and world which shows the direction things are going.

If you look at the history of the purpose of taxes, the history of politicians, teachers, police, freighters, etc its a completely different in what they did to now which they would never as public servants have the public be servants to them. It puts things backwards. Now they say if you want to be a millionaire be a politician. This was not the care in early America. Their were no police but citizen taking responsibility of Sherrie elected by the people for the people. Even the US supreme court stated that police officers are not their for the protection of individuals. And even local counts sated their are their to help give revenue for the city.

Even if you tax all the rich people to take 100% of their wealth it won't be enough to pay the debt and expenses the government has every year. The debt increases for a reasons and doesn't go down for every nation. Their is more debt than their is money. Everyone is a slave to it and to encourage it is to encourage slavery. People are in the rat race since the race never ends and people are too busy to know what is going on and too busy to have the time to innovate.

About 100 years ago 90% of the population worked at farms, and now less than 10% and yet just like the book "animals farm" their is your result more work for less gain. Fake jobs can't be made forever to infinity. When 99% of jobs are done by machines what will 99% of the population do? I know the answer but it's not for you or other to answer but think about.

I agree people have to learn from mistakes but sometimes too many mistakes or too critical can destroy everything. People have to be educated and be morally responsible to be proper functioning members in society.

Every point made has a lengthy discussion regarding it this is just the basics. I hope that clarifies some things. Sorry for it being long there just too many things which lean on other points and people need to be a bit lenient and think about another side presented. Everything is connected just like one big puzzle which is hard to connect the prices. As stated whats the point, is what people should think about.
    Thanks

I'm pretty sure that is entirely wrong. The muslims invaded eastern europe long before the crusades. The crusades were an attempt to reclaim the territory and stop further invasions (by then the muslim caliphate was also claiming large swaths of africa, raiding southern europe along the medditeranian for slaves and showing the intention to take western europe by way of spain - eventually).

By the time the last of the european continent was reclaimed (bulgaria) they were still not christian. They adopted christianity both to unify all their people under one belief system as well as the be more favorable in the eyes of western europe which was reclaiming the territory.

Obviously this took place over many many hundreds of years but I'm fairly certain that the events roughly follow as the muslim invasion long preceeded the crusades and as as the adoption of christianity - at least in so far as the Byzentines are concerned, happened closer to the end of that period of time.

Interesting info but the guy in the video seems to praise for communism and less freedom in a way.Aristotle did not like democracy. But I am not getting into that topic since that never ends.
A lot of things Plato said in his book "Republic" show how modern society is structured. But philosophy is a dangerous occupation since truth is worse an an insult. And Plato knowing what happen to Socrates and Aristotle decided to walk on egg shells and say things to please the establishment of the time which some things contradicted his teacher.
The US is a republic as the anthem also states since people have to follow the rules and not let 2 wolves and a sheep vote whats for dinner.

oops type (not the last) I means to say the Pope won't give anything BACK. If someone stole your wallet and they said sorry but won't give it back, that is not a real apology. Some see that as justice in a odd way. It all depends how things are presented. When money and power is involved forget the truth and live for the now to not care what happens in the future it seems is what many go by. But that's the point everyone is hurting themselves or who they care for in the long run.

Yes the Muslims/middle east did invade eastern Europe before even before 1000 years before the fall of Byzantium.
If you read each crusade in details you will see about all had to pass though Byzantium which they were not in good terms with them due to the schism. It was not theirs to reclaim since it was not charismatics territory to take over but the Byzantine territory which they knew how their neighbors were since they have to live next to them. Weakening another Christian nation than assisting did not help matters. There is a lot of history not presented in the full story and but certain viewpoints. A nation can be mobilized if its for God but if you tell them lets invade for money and power then no one will move.

History in short needs to be reevaluated in a clean slate without assumptions to find what went on. People cannot get modern history right let alone 1000 years ago. Even something like the Kosovo conflict how the US bombed Serbia territory which is a Christian Orthodox nation and help destroy over 100 churches, hospitals which is considered a war crime, and contamination by depletes uranium (which also affected neighboring countries), etc. To help KLA which was categorized as terrorist which invaded and outnumbered the Serbs to take over the territory. And in the end put a head of the KLA in charge which kidnapping, sex slaves, body organ harvesting, etc went on the rise after the alleged liberation. But when Americans cheered USA loudly when bombing a Christian nation on their land to let others in that does not seem right at all. Sure the Muslims attacked them also first but they got that extra help form another nation that is majority "Christian" to follow orders just like the knights of the crusades did. What happens if someone else from the other side of the world takes your home and gives it to someone else. Its all politics which will always be messing since people treat it as if it's their sport team than choosing who is doing the right thing. And that was 20 years ago let alone 1000 years ago. As Reagan said about siding with other terrorists that "sure they are SOB but they are out SOB". Show me your friends and I'll show you who you are some may say or others might say well you need to fight fire with fire. It depends how one sees it I guess.

But Byzantium like all nation gets soft over time to forget their foundation and a collapse will happen. No nation is exempt and when a change happens things are not nice. People make a nation and people have to take responsibility. Even the US Founder stated it that the US is a republic if the people can be able to keep it. It takes work to maintain what is good but no work what so ever to let things fall.

It seems to come down to might is right from the might of the masses of the might of a military. Truth /logic is right, but it does not work if one "wants"a lot of money and power fast now. Do we live for human truth/"Logos" or instinct desires like animals do to act accordingly, one has to ask one self.

That is funny. As the saying goes if the foundation is not good the rest will fail. And that sums up your link, sorry to say. To interoperate what someone else said that is completely opposite of the other is a straw mans argument and so useless.

Political concussion is like sports team discussion. Everyone has their side no matter what. Soccer hooligans are still hooligans and do a disservice to the game. But then again Even the Olympics were stopped in ancient times since it got out of hand but not as out of hand as things are now.

Even animals play games you see bear cubs playing trying to wrestle each other. Games are to learn and for adults to play is bad but not as bad as others paying to watch. The meaning had been taken out. Even the ancient Greeks did it on rare occasions. The end goal was to better one self and help influence others by setting an example.

The notion of setting an example seems thrown away and many seem to prefer force their view on others. That does not show love for the other. But everything to moderation as well since too much freedom one become a slave to their addiction.

Average amount of people that vote is about 60% and one can say each political side can get 20% dedicated followers and the other 20% takes no dedicated side. In reality people like routine and and familiarity which most want to "conserve" so in reality one side is 30 and 10 at least and half the undecided are split which would be 40 and 20. And if we take what the founding father of the US had in mind that the Constitution only works for a moral christian nation and nothing else then it would be at least 50 to 10.

Even in ancient times most elected officials now could not take office for many reasons if they lived back then, but a nation reflects a politician they choose. If the founders were alive they would regret making the US or at least make the laws more clear. They didnt put one just breath air since it was common knowledge and a christian nation was common and laws were in place that regulated who can come in. As stated above if one doesn't like it they can go to something that is not christian at all and they will regret it many times.

Evangelical mega churches preaching love and that everything is roses without reality are in fantasy land and only let things get worse. Christianity is not a thing to say you are its not easy trying to improve one self its hard work. Just like when one tries to improve themselves physically or mentally it takes hard work. For a person to say they are strong without working out is all talk and no proof just like a Christian that says they are christian without doing anything extra than anyone else that isn't.

Corruption happens everywhere since humans are not perfect. Everyone fails. But to love failure and take joy it it to not want to get better is a determent to themselves and others. It all comes down to who is right. Opinions are sometimes a stepping stone to find the truth. If one feels 2+2=5 and they preach it good luck since it needs to set an example how that would work. Many will believe wrong since its easier to follow the wrong view but it takes time and willingness to want to find truth. In the end it is like what Christ said at the end to forgive others since people do not know what they do sums up how most people act, despite most mean well.
