    I have the same problem today with I.E. 11 and old Google Chrome.
    I can see and login in encode.su using I.E. InPrivate Browsing.

    HTTPS certificate expired

    SSL certificate that encode.su is using for authentication expired today. All browsers show warning when visiting https://encode.su/ - some allow to continue in one way or another.

    It seems that "Let’s Encrypt" certificate expired and has to be renewed. They are short term usually, so need regular refreshing.
