looking for atool to live monitor affinity settings of a process

I am looking for tool that can live update the affinity settings of a giving process.
It has to update the status without user intervention.

Thank you but it is not what iwas searching for. I realise my wording was bad

I meant for a monitoring tool that lives update the dispaly of the affinity of a given process, so i can watch how the affinity changes over time.
all tools i've found only show me how afifnity is when i click it which i can do. i need a constant updating display of affinity

That is what i have been using so far ( well i use ressource monitor but some deal). but I am looking for a method that is more direct .
This method only works if i don't have anything else running on my system as well as only when the process i am looking at has a bit of CPU load.
