encode.su is blocked on Android by Chrome, Opera, Samsung Internet, and Opera Mini

I saw the thread asking about when encode.su would switch to HTTPS, but I see this blocking problem as a separate issue.

On an American Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 6, encode.su has been blocked by Chrome for a couple of weeks now, with rare windows of time when it was not blocked. I'd say it was blocked in about six of eight attempts over that span. And it is blocked right now by all these browsers:

    • Chrome 56.0.2924.87
    • Opera 42.2.2246.112987 (based on Chromium 55)
    • Opera Mini 21.0.2254.111920 (which I don't think is Chromium-based, and has some cloud-offload rendering, but I think it has more than one user agent)
    • Samsung Internet 4.0.10-53 (a CPU-optimized, faster fork of Chrome, currently based on Chrome 51)

Firefox 51.0.2 is currently not blocking encode on this device. Notably, Chrome 56 on Windows 10 is not blocking – I don't know why Android is different, or how the cert issues are implemented. Edge 38/14 and Vivaldi on Windows do not block either. IE 11 gives a warning popup, though its wording is strange and much less melodramatic than Chrome Android's – it says I'm "leaving a secure connection" if I start on DuckDuckGo and type encode.su in the address bar.

Screenshots for Chrome Android below. Note that Chrome doesn't even let the user override this as far as I can tell – there's no "Take Me Anyway" option like there was in past versions:

are you tried to tap Advanced?

same problem here - chrome 52.0 on android 5.1.1. i have found the ceertificate, but don't know how to make PrtScr

finally, forcing everyone to use https seems bad idea. probaby lots of people just can't reach the site anymore, even I got help request by email

Works for me now (Chrome/Android). It had been blocked for the last few weeks.
