PINGO, a fast image optimizer

pingo is an experimental fast PNG optimizer and JPG optimizer. it does visually lossless or lossy compression. it uses image reductions over iterations with a multi-processing system - including subfolders - and a fast zopfli compression.

I've been using it under Wine, but it requires a dev version because recent builds crash under 1.8.x for some reason.
