    Arrow Appeal to compile gifsicle lossy version

    I have no knowledge about compiling source code to windows binary

    Its about this https://github.com/pornel/giflossy

    Instructions copy/paste:
    # This makefile should work under Win32 (95/98/NT/whatever) or Win64.
    # It should work out-of-the-box with Visual C++ 5.
    #
    # C:\GIFSICLE> nmake -f Makefile.w32

    I am windows user, and using this to reduce gif size would be awesome and handy.

    If anyone can compile giflossy for win32, i would appreciate it.

    Thank you all in advance.

    Regards
    Dado
