Private Internet Access PIA VPN 403 error

I'm using Private Internet Access (a VPN service) to browse the internet these days.

So far I think it's awesome. Very easy to setup, fast, cheap.

One problem is that a few web sites identify the PIA VPN servers and blacklist them. This site (encode.su) is one of them, I get a 403 here. It would be nice if that could be fixed.

Do not use the services to ensure privacy in one datacenter with spammers, carders, DDoSer and so on.

Use TOR if you want privacy. This is a free distributed anonymous system. It uses cryptography to protect traffic. Mozilla and great community support TOR. It's very simple: run the TOR browser (Mozilla Firefox). That's all. https://www.torproject.org/

If you want to hide your real IP with VPN, use Internet Explorer and not Chrome or Firefox to browse the Internet.
