more news from JPEG. We're currently re-doing our web-presence and made a preview of our new web-page public. Here it goes:

Please note that JPEG (formally SC29 WG1) is not a software provider - our product are standards. This being said, we are happy to provide reference software whenever possible, and you find links to where to download software whenever such software reached a state that is ready for publication. Typically, go to the standard you are interested in, then go to "software". You'll there find links to implementations of our standards.

Anyhow, I'm going back to our webmaster and see whether we can provide software for other standards. I do have the JPEG-LS reference software here, and a draft of the XT reference software.
