How to use 4x4 with Freearc?

Can you guide me please to know how to use 4x4 with srep+freearc?
Didn't find any read me or guide about it also didn't find the external compressor values in arc.ini

Adding 4x4 to my original parameter is making the file bigger

-msrep+4x4+exe2+delta+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb128:mc1 000:lc8

how to make it smaller?
by the way the parameters you gave me all of them resulted bigger files.

4x4 is about making things faster, it cannot improve compression. for a maximum compression, you shouldn't use it. it should be enough:

-msrep+exe2+delta+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb128:mc1000: lc8

ps: for wav files, use just -mtta

fa can't handle MM files in multi-file containers, otherwise it should be ok

in arc.ini i'm using m3f a1 for srep.

it's best generic compression. futher optimization can be done only by you using properties of your concrete data & your computer
