    v0.09

    this version used CBT coder instead of simple bit coder. compression is better than v008.

    v0.10
    this version is the same as published by xezz with the change in the decompression of power to have an output file. This will server me to be able to test it in MOC 2020.

    Why included LZA source?btw, I tested my new version, literal/match flags is encoded by RLE(gamma code).
    compression is usually better than v009. Maybe 'mixu' is not needed(always 1).

    flags is encoded by RLE.
    ​v0.11: RLE for all flags
    v0.12: RLE for match flags only
