Genefile - to generate a test file

I have tried to make a test file generator, what random generate a test file, what include all possible patterns a file can have.

genefile output

Output file is round 547MB.

.NET Framework 3.5 version.

Are you able to compile a version which does not require .NET 3.5. Or, alternative, are you able to upload the 547M data file to somewhere? Would like to test this file and I can't stand the bloated .NET framework! Thank you.

I do not know if you can use a .NET 2.0 compile or a .NET 4.0 compile for Windows 8, Windows 8 support to install 3.5 so I made a 2.0 compile:
