Eugene D. Shelwien is missing.

He has been missing for over a month, his last message in ICQ was (23:22:00 13/09/2012)
Then he was online for almost a week, but he didn't respond. Since then he didn't appear on any forums or sites.
It is unknown what happened to him.
If anybody has any information about him, please, post it here.

I've made many attempts to contact him as well. He didn't respond. ICQ tells he is frequently online. The last message from him was at 11th September 2012.

I hope nothing has happened to him. He seems like a fairly open guy that would not quit without saying something to someone. I don't think if he is still alive he would be that hard to fine. He use to talk to me alot on the chat stuff I remember even looking at google earth one time to see where he lived. It may even be in a log or it could have been a side chat. I am not going to dig through the records maybe encode could. Does anyone have a phone number for him.
I guess I am more paranoid than most he was extremely bright maybe he stumbled into something on the net and the powers to be had him eliminated.

I think if he moved he would have written you. It's very easy to get on the internet in the US just go to any public library.
Also he is so good at knowing the internet I am sure he could make it look like he lived any where he wanted too. But if
he did come to the US I would like to talk to him if its near by. He is a very interesting guy.

If he came to the US he could be a very valuable guy. But the US government is not smart about this. Remember the Russian guy who came to Vegas and the US foolishly arrested him for a short time. In todays climate he could have been pulled out of a line in the US and is in some secret detention where we may not here from him again. The US is becoming more like the old Soviet Union.

However when I talked to him years ago the only country he every hinted about wishing to be part of was Russia so there is a more likely chance that if he moved he went there. Maybe Putin knows where he is after all he headed the old KGB and he could most likely have friends that exactly know what happened to our friend.

Eugene is not in the USA .

As I said, I am pretty sure he had to move quickly though and lost his internet access, but he didnt say anything specific so not sure 100%, maybe 90%. I think he is visiting relatives right now.

It is "normal" for Eugene to go away for a week or two but this has been the longest... and i think if he had internet connection, he would certainly be on IRC regardless of where he was.

My last conversation with him in ICQ is dated with 6 Sep 2012. The last file in his file repository is dated with 10-Sep-2012 which is not typical for Eugene, cause there is always something new at least every week.
So yes, I'm worry about it too.

yes, it works, just he doesnt pickup... probably because of the language .

ICQ client that he uses does not change the settings automatically, he might have logged in via web client that changed that as simple as that...
