    Talking Online Content Management Services

Hello, I would appreciate any users who may use an online content service. My goal is to allow the trustees of a Foundation secure web-based access and ability to share private content amongst the participants. My current choice is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Box.net

Also I see http://www.xo.com/services/hosting/w.../standard.aspx as a solution to my webhosting needs.
This overlaps with the content manager I queried before, box.com.
The standard I need is ssh access and reliability. Comments are welcome.
