    Help me to odentify algorithm

    During research, I found some custom compression algo.

    Can someone help me to identify it? I think about RLE, but im newbie in this direction.

    Attach contains a compressed data sample, uncompressed and decode assembly source.

    Want to know, is it may be kind of standard algo, and is an encode/decode library exists for it?
