Nothing interesting, its deflate.
precomp -slow extracts it, then lzma compresses to 14M.
To be specific, there's a small encrypted header (with filenames and offsets),
and a single deflate stream with all content.
So unpacker splits it into files and recompresses some files and blocks with deflate again, while at it.
Anyway, its clearly a specialized solution for these specific files, and there're no universal
compression methods involved, except for deflate.
