    Lightbulb Udate to UNBWTS and UNBWT

    I think I noticed that Yuta who did an excellent job on both his UNBWT and UNBWTS routines
    are not n time and 5n space for arrays that are large. I changed both routines to I hope
    meet that condition.

    check them out I have the source code and MinGW executables. I plan to use them in the
    near future. Now that I have good German beer It makes the world more tolerable.
