    Need god PCM compressor/filter

    I need a god way to compress bin files (cue/bin) which contains some audio tracks.
    I need kinda fast decompression so CCM(x) is not the way for me.

    so fat Winrar always comes out best. but cant it get better than that (better = smaller

    i have tried

    RZM alone
    ECM filter -> RZ;
    ECM filter -> delta filter -> RZM
    ECM filter -> delta filter -> REP filter -> RZM

    ECM filter -> Blizzzard
    ECM -> delta -> blizzard

    ecmfilter -> 7-zip ultra LZMA192mb 273word zie

    but Winrar with ecm filter beats them all

    You can try NanoZip with -co or -cO mode. It has a built-in audio filter with good detection and is pretty damn good on normal data, too. I don't know about decompression speed, though.

    I will try out nanozip.

    Winace is not CLI or do i remember it wrongly?
    It needs to be CLI so that i can put the decompresser and a batch file into 7-zip or rar container

    1. There is CLI ACE.
    2. Winace must take arguments from command line too.

    Thanx for the info

    I just triede nanozip.

    Nanozip -cO = 679.975.763 bytes
    Winrar = 814.511.189 bytes

    That pretty impressive.
    Goinn to test decompression time now

    Decompression time 287.082 Seconds
    that pretty impressive

    RZM would decompress in 239.658 Seconds

    Would it be an option for you to extract the WAV files from the CUE/BIN and compress these ?
    SBC, ACE, Winzip and probably Nanozip have good ratio's for compressing WAV's. (I guess better then WinRar and centainly better then 7z)
    I think this way you'll get even better ratio's !
    If you would try this, let us know your findings.

    absolutely if the splitting is easy and it can be merge by command line afterwards.

    i just tried nanozip with -co and the size was almost 1mb smaller and decompression was faster.
    -co = 679.244.219 byte & 157.897 Seconds decompression time
    -cO = 679.975.763 bytes & 287.082 Seconds decompression time
