Works fine here.
if its still not working in your end i can download the set for you and upload it somewhere
Please do not use these images for testing anymore. First of all, usage conditions are unclear and there is no general release from Kodak. Second, they are too small to be useful for today's applications. I still see this stuff being used in papers, but it is *really* a bad idea.
I second that. It is good to note that those images are actual film photos, not digital photographs. The color reproduction is quite a lot worse than in modern photographs. Further, from the compression viewpoint the film and the film scanning process have introduced correlations that are not present in modern photographs.
Never mind, I see there's a whole new thread about this :)
Use images that are typical for your application, and if necessary, create them. JPEG internally, I've a good collection of images from various sources we use for testing, and we select from as necessary for a standardization initiative. A subset of them has been used for the ICIP "Grand Compression Challenge" and was available (or probably even is still available) on www.jpeg.org. For images we use, we also record license conditions and source - if ever possible. While I have to admit that even our collection is not always ideal, it is certainly better than the Kodak test set, both from a "relevance" point of view, and from a licensing point of view.
